Preparation Instructions:

Furniture Removal:

We don’t move furniture as part of our standard service, though the technician can shift small items if needed. If furniture remains, we can clean around it. For the best results, we recommend removing as much as possible in advance.

Driveway and Access:

Ensure that the property has clear and unobstructed access, including a driveway free of multiple vehicles.

Children and Pets:

Secure pets and supervise children during the cleaning process for their safety.

Be aware that doors or gates may need to remain open for ventilation or equipment setup.

Ventilation:

Ensure proper ventilation by opening a few windows or using fans or air conditioning during the appointment.

Documents to Review:

The technician will review the Payment Policy and Potential Hazards documents during the appointment. Copies were sent via the confirmation email for optional review beforehand.

Stain and Odour Removal Expectations

Certain stains, such as ink, dyes, food colourings, oxidised marks, urine, and vomit, cannot be removed with standard carpet cleaning. These require our Advanced Stain and Contaminant Removal service, which uses specialised chemistry and techniques.

This is a separate service that requires additional time and scheduling. Please notify us prior to your appointment if you need this service.
